Boxing
Boxing is a combat sport that involves fighting with only fists. In boxing there are four main punches: the jab, cross, hook, and uppercut. These punches are put together to form “combinations” which are intended to effectively maximize the damage on your opponent. Boxing also utilizes defensive tactics to reduce the likelihood of being hit in return. Boxing emphasizes footwork, angles and head movement in order to slip/dodge punches and to effectively create openings for your own attacks. Boxing is also a great and fun way to get in shape.
